Emerging Leaders Institute San Diego

Founded the Emerging Leaders Institute San Diego. An organization that provided leadership development training for young adults 18 to 24 to help them in their career paths and encouraged community service. I recruited board members and the operational team to design the curriculum. We have trained 30 young adults and funneled them into internships with businesses, nonprofits, and local government.

Andres Bonifacio Samahan Community Outreach Political Education

When I was a student at San Diego State University, I was part of the Filipino interest student organization, Andres Bonifacio Samahan. I created a leadership program inspired by an outreach program in UCLA and my own experience at that time. I was the program advisor and trained a total of 49 freshmen in which a majority were elected or appointed to on campus leadership positions.
